“Not one for buying online but with no quibble 30 day return felt I had nothing to lose. This is a great ‘hoover’ it is light, so easy to manoeuvre even on stairs. Even more it works well and has great suction. No regrets and already recommended to friends. The halo does all it promises and more.”

“Does what it says on the tin. Bought this to replace a Dyson corded vacuum that had seen better days. Suction is brilliant, cleans the carpet better than our Dyson ever did and does well on hard floors too. Can do the whole house twice on a charge, so 2 batteries last for 4 days. Now 2 weeks in and the pouch still isn’t full, which considering it’s a busy house with kids and a golden retriever, is amazing! Can’t recommend it enough.”

“Excellent bundle really great with the extra battery as it comes in handy when I do a full clean. I find it really easy to use and swapping between the tools is very easy. Overall I think it is a good cleaner but not as good as my old dyson for suction. Having said that it is very light to pick up and take upstairs.”

“The new Capsule X has virtually every feature I was looking for in a new vacuum. Most important amongst the features I needed was that it uses dust bags. In my opinion, there is very little to commend vacs that involve you in delving your fingers into the dust container to remove carpet fluff and hair. Not to speak of the cloud of dust that goes everywhere as you try to empty it. The Capsule X has none of that and is very hygienic in the emptying process. It is also one of the largest dust bag capacities I could find, so is pretty economic as far as bag purchases goes. Also at the top of my vacuum wish-list was a comprehensive set of tools/accessories, which had to include a flexible hose. The bundle I purchased included every single accessory that Halo make for this vac, so every vacuuming job is catered for. Thoughtfully, Halo also included a hanging bracket for the fully assembled Capsule and all the tools. Previous vac purchases have not had this simple [and cheap to produce] convenience item, so they have always involved finding somewhere to wedge the stored vacuum whilst it's not in use. Not so with the Capsule. It hangs perfectly secure in its cradle. The only shortcoming is that the brush heads have quite wide end pieces, so the rotating brush doesn't get as close to the walls as I'd like. Also very important for me was the weight of the assembled unit. Unfortunately for me, I'm heading into old age, so weight of household "gismo's" is important. The Capsule X is amazingly light [compared to its competitors] and, equally important, it is nicely balanced, so there's no fight with it to carry it up/down stairs. Lastly, I purchased the Capsule X during an offer period, so got the whole "shebang" for half price. It was still £300 but that's a hefty saving over its competitors. All in all, if faced with this search for a new vacuum again, I would buy the Halo Capsule X again [as long as I could get it for half price!] and I would recommend it to friends and family.”

“I was a little disappointed with this. I have a shark and I think it is far better suction. Bags a a bit fiddle to get on too. It is well made however. The battery blows a lot of air from it too. I have kept it but overall in comparison to dyson and shark its power in picking up the dust is lacking. It will be my vacuum for cleaning the car. Sorry”
