“Needs a wider head and double brush for long dog hair (Newfoundland dog - never found a vacuum that can last longer than a year for our Newfoundlands) so get to it please. Also still not powerful enough and head doesn’t pick up grass seed in mats or dog hair on mats. Battery to small for pet vacuum and only lasts 30 minutes”

“Bloody great product IF it works first time AND you can get one delivered. Pricing is highly volatile so buy a bundle at a high discount time...and receive a working model, soon! What I love? Beautiful design, well balanced, great cleaning power, battery life as good as anyone else, huge capacity, HEPA filter + bags avoid mess when you empty. What I hate? Past QC problems (batteries, chargers just not working reported) + logistic problems (stock delays experienced by me, incomplete deliveries reported) + unempowered customer service (all they can do, it seems, is tell you to "be patient" experienced by me). So you may well struggle to get what you paid for delivered and working...Pity really, as when it does work it's just brill.”

“We have pets and it’s hard to keep the house clean. Especially when carrying a cleaner up and down the stairs. The Capsule is lightweight and has tremendous suction. It’s so easy to use and handle. Attachments for stairs and hard floor great too. Very impressive 10/10”
