“Love it. It's light but very powerful,copes with all the dust, dog hair in fact everything. Couldn't be more satisfied with this product. When I use brushes on my kitchen mat and carpet it really does a great job. I don't always need the brushes on hard surfaces as without does such an excellent job without. Would highly recommend the Capsule Vacuum.”

“The first vacuum I received was faulty and would not work at all and neither would it take a charge. I was impressed, however, with the speed at which my telephone call was picked up and the actions taken to replace the faulty machine. The first suggestion didn't fix the problem but, again, the phone was answered promptly and a new Capsule was despatched. The cleaner is light and easy to use and very maneuverable. We've had a cordless vacuum cleaner for many years now and wouldn't go back to a corded one. This Capsule machine seems just as good as our old GTech cleaner which recently packed up after many years of faithful service. But for the initial faulty unit, I would have given the Capsule five stars.”

“Suction power good. Run time good. Like having dust bag. Holds a lot more than previous cleaner that had to be emptied a lot more frequently and needed all filters cleaning after every use to maintain efficiency. Long hair in this household so ability to easily remove brush head and ease of cutting hair off roller a definate plus! Not sorry I swapped.”
