“Excellent vacuum cleaner, it picks up my cats fur the first time with the boost button and cleans everywhere else really well. I have only one issue, it is top heavy so you have to make sure you lean it against something otherwise it falls over.”

“I ordered a Halo Capsule Vacuum cleaner and on arrival I charged up the battery as instructed. However after 8 hours it still hadn't charged. Telephoned Customer Service who were very helpful and arranged to send me a replacement. Replacement arrived and charged the battery as instructed. However the same thing happened again and the battery never charged. Telephoned Customer Services who were very apologetic and said there had been a problem with the batteries. So both vacuums have now been returned and I am awaiting a refund. I would have thought that quality control department would have tested all the batteries before sending them out if they were aware of a problem. I was very disappoointed they didn't work as Halo seems to be the only bagged lightweight vacuum cleaner on the market.”
