“For the price, I think this is an excellent vacuum cleaner. It was easy to assemble and instructions are clear. It is light in weight and the suction is very good and much better than my previous cleaner, the bagless market leader which was double the cost. I particularly like that the head is flatter than most vacuums so that it is easy to clean under areas such as low tables without having to move them. The head isn't too cumbersome so I can easily adapt it to slot in the main capsule to clean the stair carpets. I love that I don't have to faff about to empty the cleaner as I did with my bagless cleaner which also clogged regularly despite constant maintenance. So far I am delighted with my purchase and believe it represents excellent value.”

“I am absolutely delighted with my purchase . I hadn’t realised it came with bags which was a disappointment but i can live with that . Suction , which for me is the single most important thing is superb . It’s elegant , charges quickly and does the job. There are cheaper models on the market but I’m glad I went the extra mile . I saw the advertisement in the “ About the House “ column which was in Country Homes and Interiors.”

“The machine can scratch hard wooden surfaces unless a soft brush head is selected. Unfortunately the latter provided are very small and not really suitable for large surface areas. Other than that its a very impressive piece of donestic kit.”
