“I love it and it has transformed my life. We live in a 3-storey house and carrying the old vacuum cleaner upstairs was misery, but now I can carry this in one hand. It's been well thought through in design terms and is very practical. I haven't used all the attachments yet but most of them. I find it slightly clumsy to push around holding it with one hand - a sort of handlebar that could be held in two hands might make it easier.”

“This is a very good machine. The only problem I have is when using it as a hand held vacuum for stairs and using the nozzles. There needs to be a handle on the side so that the vacuum can be held comfortably and balanced while using it. The handle on the end is not placed to do this making the machine heavier and the work more difficult. Other machines e.g Bosch have a handle to do this.”

“Wow! What an amazing product and great value for money, such a well thought out design, it's lightweight, easy to use and so much better than my corded Dyson. I was always a little dubious about hand held vacuums before due to their possible lack of suction but this product is something else, I'm so glad I purchased it and would highly recommend.”
