“My Miele Vacuum Cleaner has served me well for 25 years, though still working 100%. I'm fast approaching my 81st birthday with slight arthritis, so it is now a bit too heavy for me. Thought a cordless would fill the bill BUT all were bagless, they are not for me. Until I checked out 'Which?' and found the brilliant review for HALO. Though I do take issue with them on one point, your vac is very quiet! The Halo is light and easy to use, my Flat is tiled throughout, so even on the eco setting it cleans well. My 5x7ft Iranian carpet, the Halo on 'Performance + Brush' vacuums as well as the Meile. So I doubt I will ever have to use 'boost' BRILLIANT!!”

“At last a vacuum cleaner that picks stuff up. It seems fine, I would have liked an attachment to help with my car, and tbh it is a little bit heavy, but the fact that it sucks, unlike more expensive brands is worth the weight (geddit?)”

“It has good sucking power and arrived promptly and well packed. My main complaint is the wall holding cradle does not automatically connect the charging point to the machine. It requires the insertion of a small plug once the vacuum is in the cradle. Not major but annoying all the same.”

“I am very pleased with this product. I choose it from various reviews and also a friend’s recommendation. One big factor for me was the fact that it has dust bag. Only disappointment is that now so many vacuums have anti-hair wrap and this one does not and it does collect hair quite a bit, even more so than my last cordless vac ( dust bag also) , the G-Tech Pro. Other than that, I would recommend this cordless vacuum .”
