“I was uncertain about going cordless, for my vacuum cleaner but any concerns have evaporated with ownership. It is so easy to just pick up and vacuum small areas without the faff of plugs and barking dogs. Sock fluff is easily picked up and it is so quiet.”

“This is my third unit since purchase on the 28th Feb. Even on the Eco setting and the power brush head off I did not get a run time of more than 20 minutes. My third unit discharged completely on switching on ! I have. charged on each occasion for the three hours specified, despite the four blue lights ( indicating fully charged ) lighting after 15 minutes. Halo support staff have been helpful but it seems my comments are not being taken notice off and no testing is taking place before dispatch. This means the vacuum is unusable which is a shame because the bag system is excellent. I do hope Halo Capsule can rectify for me.”
