“Battery power impressive - cleans our whole house (bungalow) on less than a full charge. Very impressive as we returned a competitor's model after a few weeks due to the battery's claim of 40 minutes running being a sham - 15 at most. Only (minor) gripe is the handle. The shape causes the top of your fingers to rub on hard plastic. A minor design change or rubber insert would help a great deal. Cleans well. Very pleased to date.”

“This is a very well-thought-out appliance. It combines the convenience of an upright (without the weight, or the nuisance of a mains cord) with the versatility of a small vac suitable for stairs or vacuuming the car. Its pick-up capability is impressive; I didn't think my carpets were especially dirty and expected it to be quite a while before a new dust pouch was needed, but I was wrong! After once going over most of the carpets the machine abruptly stopped with a red light showing. Investigation showed the dust pouch to be completely full and overflowing! For an appliance of quite low wattage (inevitable with a cordless) this was a startling and impressive result. Whilst the suction isn't super-powerful the powered roller brush lifts the carpet pile very effectively and allows the dirt to be removed. Mains vacs on the other hand rely more on the suction provided by high-powered fan motors. I am well pleased with my Halo and look forward to years of clean carpets.”
