“The suction is too strong on carpet and rugs when using the rotating brush bar it grabs my rugs and have to turn the brush bar off, which defeats the object as it is not cleaning them properly without the brush on. I do not have this problem with my bagged Gtech. This is major fault in my opinion. The suction is too strong overall unless on the lowest setting on hard floors and carpets, it puts strain on the battery and is impossible useabove the lowest suction. Also, the vac returns to the medium suction when you switch it off, which is annoying. The vac is top heavy and makes my arm ache. Also, it does not stand up on It's own. The main unit would be better lower down, so it's not as heavy to push around. I want to return it as it's not working for me. Good points, the bag holds a good amount, and the battery life is quite good on the lowest setting.”

“So far so good . I keep this vacuum upstairs and find it works well and is very light . Also good on the stair carpet . I have not used it downstairs as I have a separate vacuum as I have dogs and do not want the smell to contaminate my Halo.”

“My last one was a dyson which was very good but the capsule is better and with a dust bag so clean and the price extremely great value and the capsule is very powerful all i can say now is buy one it’s the best”
