“Whilst we had a charging problem with the first unit shipped, the Halo customer support team were excellent and arranged prompt delivery of a repalcement device. well after three weeks, I'm delighted to say we are very impressed by the Halo Capsule vacuume, its replaced not only our broken (leading brand) handheld, but also 90% of our use of their (upright vacuum) being light enough to carry upstairs, long on the battery and does an excellent job.”

“I like this iteration as much as I do the first design which I also have. I like the colour and that it now has led lamps. This is a much better looking cordless than the other new blue tubed one you produce which I also bought and am not that happy with as the battery doesn’t appear to last any longer than the 2nd version of the first model.”
