“Overall I’m delighted with my new Capsule but I think I have too much carpet for it to totally replace my corded cleaner. The battery life is amazing on the eco setting but on the performance (middle) setting using the power brush, battery life is much shorter. This is to be expected but it does limit how much I can clean without a recharge. I imagine it would be a different experience for anyone with wooden floors. Having said that the Capsule is brilliant on carpets, much better than any other cordless cleaner I’ve used. Also a little point that maybe the design team could consider: When you switch it on, the Capsule it always starts in performance mode. This means that if you want to use it on the Eco setting with the power brush you have to press ‘ON – Boost – Eco – Power brush on’ every time to start cleaning. If you switch off quite often to move furniture and save the battery then that’s a lot of buttons to keep pressing especially as they need a really firm press each time. For me it would be brilliant if the buttons were a lighter touch and the Capsule remembered the last power setting even if it remains a safety feature that the power brush has to be activated each time.”

“We have found the Halo to be extremely useful. Our previous vac. was too heavy for my wife to use easily ( we are both very ancient) & the Halo is very easy to use. It is also as efficient at cleaning as the previous mains unit. We are very pleased we bought it.”
