“I have been using for the past 2 weeks, and once put together, overall very pleased. Using the same brush head for hard floor or carpet, with just the press of a switch, very efficient. I decided to clean the brush bar because I had a new carpet fitted which had shed a lot of fluff, and found it very easy to do. A little heavier than expected, and personally I don’t think I would use on the stairs, which are wooden and I prefer dustpan and brush. I’m impressed with a 30 day trail, but won’t be returning”

“I am pleased with the Capsule Vacuum and its operation. My only problem with the appliance is when I tried to disassemble the tools. Two of them clip into place with an orange plastic clip. Fine so far BUT when I came to remove them I could not undo the clip. The clip is designed poorly. The clip has to be depressed to be released but it is virtually impossible to depress it sufficiently to release the catch. All of the orange clips are the same. So either I had to return the appliance or use a little bit of DIY which negates my guarantee. So I am displeased with this fault. The company say they have put in a great deal of research in to the product specifically the material of the body of the appliance but obviously paid little attention to small details like clips. And these in fact are not small details.”

“I heasitate to give 5 stars as it's early days. overall, it seems excellent, light and powerful and not too noisy. Dust bag capacity seems excellent and it's a relief not to have to deal with emptying a bagless vacuum, with all its dust. It does run down its battery very rapidly on full power and takes a fair while to charge up again, but that can be dealt with once you have used it a bit and know its limits”

“Just getting used to the capsule and initially impressions are good. It is effective in collecting dust etc. The flexibility of using the capsule as hand cleaner is attractive for stairs and cars etc. One set back so far has been some difficulty in removing brush when connected directly to capsule. The fitting is appropriately secure in use but over tight when withdrawing; maybe this will ease with more use? Delighted with ease of use and weight for we oldies!”
