“Hi, we bought the Capsule Halo And it was delivered very quickly on a Saturday, unfortunately there was a minor fault and I had to contact Customer services on the following Monday, they were so Apologetic and arranged a collection and replacement which arrived on the Thursday . The replacement has worked brilliantly and we love it . A first class service from a first class company”

“I bought this since I wanted a vacuum on each floor to avoid headlines such as "OAP killed by Henry" In fact, this is light enough to be carried up and downstairs without that peril. Despite it's lack of weight it is voracious and gobbles up everything in its path, my only complaint is it is so powerful on high that I sometimes have difficulty pulling it over the carpet.”

“The capsule is excellent. We are very impressed with it's lightweight design and power. It is all we have needed downstairs since we got it and I find it especially handy in the kitchen, if I've spilled flour/sugar etc. on the floor. It saves time and energy and sits nicely on it's cradle. My only tiny niggle is when I accidentally picked up a sneaker (lace) and the automatic cut off kicks in (on the brush). There doesn't appear to be a reset button so that you can use it as soon as you have cleared the problem, unless I'm missing something? It goes into an inactive state (with the red light on) and takes a while to reset itself.”
