“Heaver than we thought, but after 1 month + we find it good and takes the longest for the bag to fill from other cordless vacuums we have owned. I know there is two year service support, but some concern if the battery has a problem with having to send it back and the unit to have a full service that could be expensive!”

“I do wish there was another handle on the side of the cylinder, allowing two hands to control the vacuum cleaner while in use. Can’t fault the quality of the actual cleaning. And I welcome the dust bags - much more hygienic than emptying a cylinder. Very pleased with my purchase.”
