“Rotating brushes in head seized up on second use. Eventually traced to a small strip of material which was jamming up the belt drive. Removed and worked fine. Complained and new brush head was supplied. Only on receiving it and comparing the the two products did I become aware that the material was in fact from as underside groove. How it got into the sealed belt drive cover I will never know. However I am grateful for the replacement head under the warranty.”

“At my age the priority is that the vacuum should be lightweight which this vacuum is. It is very manoueverable and gets close to edges and corners and between furniture. Good suction too. The only downside I can find is that it has to be propped up because it is top heavy.”
