“Fabulous machine: Excellent weight, great suction and motorised brushes are efficient, great manoeuvrability, dust bags are very effective, easily stored and charged. It would be nice to have more capacity in the battery charge - getting about 30mins Max using performance mode - it would good if this was extended even by another 15minutes. I would highly recommend this machine to anyone looking for a quality product with excellent accessories and supplies. G”

“After overcoming the initial hurdle of a motor that did not work, we have found the (quickly supplied) replacement very effective, suction excellent. Two inconveniences noticed so far - (1) the plastic clips at either end of the central tube are imprecise, awkward, occasionally very difficult to unfasten, with no indication of what variations in how or where one applies pressure actually make the difference between success and failure; (2) when fully assembled, the top-heavy nature, combined with the difficulty for us in finding a wall spot where the wall-bracket can be affixed and be close enough to an electrical socket for recharging means that, at rest, it must be disassembled. Otherwise, a good buy - so far.”

“Disappointing. Works well but I bought this because it was light to manage. Unfortunately, because I am arthritic, I cannot press the buttons so am unable to change the tools or even change it to hand-held, having specifically asked about this when ordering.”

“I am very pleased with my Halo cleaner. It is so light to use which is what I needed. It cleans very well. The only part I still find it difficult for is my stairs where I have a stair lift. My house was built pre war and like all older houses the actual stair steps are not as wide as more modern houses today. I find to clean down the side of the stair lift I could actually do with a shorter hose. As the Halo with a tool fitted directly on to it just isn't long enough to reach that area.Hopefully this could be something to consider. Everything great apart from that.”
