“This is my first cordless vacuum cleaner. I have only had it for a short time but so far, it has been fine. I like the fact it is lightweight. The tools attach easily and and dust pouch system seems simple, too, though i have not yet had to put in a new one. I have a mixture of hard floors and carpets and the Halo switches easily and efficiently between the different surfaces.”

“Good value for this type of vacuum cleaner as a bundle with extras. After using I have the following comments Lightweight Cleans well with or without brush powered on Good that brush can be switched on or off according to need. Large capacity dust bag. Difficult to remove tube to use as hand held, very tight where it fits into top part of vacuum. Handle too small if you have large hands, it’s uncomfortable to hold for very long. Battery runs down quickly if using brush on power performance and more so on boost. Dog hair wraps around brush roller meaning you have to take the brush out to cut hairs and pull them off, fortunately easy to remove the brush. Top heavy so won’t stand up , has to be leant against wall in a corner otherwise it falls over, though this is not the case if you use the wall bracket to hang it up, although not enough stowage space for all attachments, you can only stow one attachment on the cleaner. Overall happy with it.”

“Overall we are delighted with our new Halo Capsule as it is pretty much exactly as advertised. It is light and to handle and can be manoevred easily and it is very effective in picking up dust and bits from our carpets. We are impressed with both its long running time and short re-charging time. After ordering, there was no long delay in delivery and the Capsule arrived fully charged ready for use and with a dust-collecting bag already fitted - two nice touches. A couple of grumbles - opening the yellow catches in order to change to a different attachment is not easy for elderly fingers although we hope that the catches will 'bed in' and free up with use. Also, the grip on the handle, while generally comfortable, does lead to sore knuckles after more than a few minutes use. Overall though a good purchase at a good price!”

“Great little machine. Feels a bit like a toy at first it is so light, then you realise the job it is doing makes it the best vacuum I have ever used. Recharger should be built into the wall hanger and the orange buttons to take apart need a better action as do the tool connectors. Sort that out on next version and it would be brilliant.”

“This Vacuum Cleaner greatly exceeded my expectations! It's sturdy, very well designed construction is the key to its outstanding performance. The power of its suction is incredible! Dog hair on the stairs was a nightmare to remove ; however, this machine is able to cope with it with ease. I have a leading brand mains machine and the Halo Capsule is a match for it! The head roller does not clog easily with dog hair, unlike my previous chargeable hoover from a well-known brand, and is easy to clean. I would highly recommend this machine!”
