“The Capsule Vacuum is very good indeed but the ‘Bundle’ needs a better designed tool for stairs. The single nozzle tool is somewhat too narrow an appature.”

“1 love this vacuum with the exception that it hasn't got a flexible hose so doing the stairs, skirting boards and getting cobwebs of the ceiling isn't easy. The rest of it is fantastic”

“I ham sorry to say this, but I found the Halo unbalanced and difficult to use. The weight is all at the top, unlike other vacuums, and I seriously found it difficult and heavy to manipulate. It feels completely counter-intuitive to me, as you have to turn it upside-down to change the attachments or to empty, and this is not easy to handle. I also did not find that it picked up very well! - I had to go round afterwards removing bits by hand from the carpet - (I have 2 not v hairy cats, and have never found this a problem with previous vacuum cleaners, either cordless or corded. I hope this problem will resolve, though I can't see why it should! I would not recommend this cleaner, or buy it again. I am only talking about the main cleaner, not any of the attachments, which to be frank I have not tried. I regret buying this device, and I did so because it has a terrific ad (yes, I know you should not be swayed by this) and because it was endorsed by Which and Good Housekeeping.”

“I love the vacuum but disappointed how long it lasts on full power, probably only 15-20 minutes. Also the attachments are difficult to unclip. I don’t think it’s worth the money.”

“As a wheelchair user it is a little awkward to use my Halo but i really wanted this as I think the dust bag makes this easier and more hygienic to look after.”

“This cordless vacuum is amazing, it cleans the carpet perfectly; I bought this because it uses bags and I think this is a plus. Only small issues: I find the clips that hold the different parts together are not easy to release, also the clip that is to release the brush by using a coin and turning does not come out without the help of a thin something to push it out. On the whole I am delighted with my purchase. Halo Capsule customer service agents are very helpful, and the delivery was perfect.”
