“What a powerful machine , lifts the rugs off the floor, only comment is that a feel suction is compromised as the bag gets filled and I am emptying bag before completely full ,sweeping brush has been made redundant highly recommend .”

“Halo cleans beautifully and the power lasts long enough. Couple of points that are rather disappointing....I have great difficulty detaching both the extension tube and power head from the main unit. I presume the catches are very stiff? I also find that the power brush head becomes wrapped with hair quickly and must be cleared frequently which is a bit of a fiddle. I would appreciate your comments”

“Very useful vac. Fluid in motion, clever in brush change between soft and hard floors, good pick up, not too noisy, I've found that it only runs about 20 minuted before it needs charging again. This is about its only drawback. Tony knapp”

“Good at picking bits up but when you switch the brush bar on ( it only works temporarily) it almost straight away drains the power . The button to switch the brush bar on more often than not does not work !! Not at all impressed and will probably send it back !!”

“Recommended by Which?, I bought for elderly relative who finds normal vacuumsctoo heavy. She really likes it, getting the dust bags is a bonus. A bit tricky to use the tools, connection really neat and she can’t do it herself. Also, the blue button for carpets - please reflect on this and make it easier to push.”
