“Don’t like doing reviews life is too short however this little beauty has proved to be the exception. It’s fantastic, brilliantly designed, the build quality is excellent Just enough tools to do the job It’s also not a screamer Charge time is more than adequate however I’ve not had to use it in power mode Price is competitive especially when you consider the service options My only nag is a wall mounting would be a nice finishing touch Would I recommend this Brilliant British vacuum? of course I do”

“Thoroughly delighted with its performance, power, versatility and longevity of run time. However, I'm very dissatisfied with the quality of the plastic. After seven months of infrequent use and only six bag changes, the plastic holding the catch which keeps the body together has snapped, detaching the catch, completely. Short of using duct tape to keep the body closed and suction intact, the vacuum cleaner is unusable.”

“This is what a cordless vacuum should be - excellent battery life, good suction and lightweight. I thought I'd dislike going back to a vacuum cleaner bag, but actually it means that there is decent capacity and you don't get engulfed in a cloud of dust when you empty it. Fitting the back is about as simple as popping in a coffee capsule into a coffee machine, so there's no fiddling required. The powered head is great on carpets, rugs and hard floors and the weight is perfect, my 94 year old grandmother in law now has one and finds it perfect. It's not cheap but compared to the competition it's a decent price.”

“Great for hard floors, not great at all for carpet with the main brush head, the other adapters work well but that's not suitable for a room. Suction is great, but the main brush head is rubbish for dirt and hair - both of which get caught in the brush head so you have to manually clean them out.”

“Apart from the fact that it can’t cope with dog hair on carpet this vacuum is brilliant. It’s so lightweight that you can tackle the whole house in record time and easily reach all those difficult nooks and crannies with the attachments.”
