“I bought this for my 84 year old mum as she was having trouble pushing other vacuums. We had a new carper delivered and it easily coped with all the left over fluff, unlike her old model. Excellent pick up, my only comment is that when changing bags you have to line parts up precisely, which can be a bit of a fiddle.”

“This vacuum works well on carpet but I didn’t find it very good on wooden floors. Considering the price of it I was hoping it would be good on all surfaces. Thanks”

“It does everything it is supposed to do. I use scissors to clear any hair that has wound round the brushes, which isn't any trouble to clear.”

“Loving the halo, really makes life easy for me to get the work done, the weight is great for people like me with arthritis in the hands. A good choice of suctions for every job. The tools are ideal just what I needed. The only negative is I would have liked a stand or holder included for storage to make it perfect as at the moment I am keeping it in a drawstring bag to hang behind a door. I am happy to recommend the halo to friends etc. Also bag capacity is brilliant.”

“What they don’t tell you in their sales pitch is that the unit isn’t free standing. You have to prop it up against something, and if you forget, you could potentially end up with a broken machine. This also isn’t good if you have a disability, and want to use the machine as a temporary walking stick to do your hoovering around your home. If I had known about this, I wouldn’t have bought it.”
