Although it's exactly the same weight as my older Dyson V11 it feels heavier in the hand due to the angle that the handle sits at - but this only applies when the smaller attachments are fitted, the larger carpet attachment works superbly well as the weight is then supported at ground level. It's also a slight faff plugging the charger in every time that you put the vacuum into the wall holder....an integral lead would be a real benefit in my opinion.....perhaps this might be looked at by the makers? Excellent suction!”

“This is the best vacuum cleaner for people like me who just want the job done quickly with minimum hassle. The bags are affordable and cut out most of the faff cleaning filters. The charge is enough to do a four bed house with some to spare. The design is simple but very effective. Dog hair no problem and the brush roller easy to remove for clearing. All the attachments you wilI need for house and car. I never do reviews but this deserves credit. The customer service is good, the only question is how long will it last?”
