“I recently bought the Capsule Complete Bundle and I have been very pleased with it. The fact that it is so light means that it is easy for me to carry up and downstairs. I have both carpets and hardwood floors and it now is very easy to go from one to the other and it cleans both surfaces well. The appliances are easy to fit and change. The dust bag has a good capacity and it is easy to remove the roller brush in order to get rid of hair, etc. Finally, I was very pleased to see that sustainability has been taken into account when packaging and sending it to me.”

“We have only had this a short time so this is very much a first impressions review. So far we are very pleased with the machine and its comprehensive set of tools. It is very powerful, to the extent that at its highest setting it almost picks up our large rugs, the lowest setting is fine for most carpeted areas. It is heavier than the previous stick vacuum we had, but then it doesn't need emptying every 5 minutes or partial dismantling to wash filters every month like our last stick vacuum. Neither does it need a second vacuum cleaner to suck up the mess created when emptying it. A better design of cradle for automatically connecting the charging plug would be useful as we have sometimes forgotten to plug the charger in when putting the machine in the storage cradle after use.”

“Although the Capsule Complete Bundle is useful, it is cumbersome as it requires two hands and works no better than one which can be used single handedly. The wall attachment is too lightweight/precarious and attachments sometimes fall off it - I suspect it will break with continued use.”
