“No, idea if it's any good or not. Halo couldn't even get it delivered to me. Courier returned to base. On the second try it was mysteriously delayed for over a week (it was down for next day delivery)and neither the courier or Halo could tell me where it was or when it would be delivered. I queried Halo only to be told they are not responsible for freight delays. Remember this is their product being delivered by a courier company CHOSEN by them but apparently it's not their responsibility. WTF ? THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.”

“Although the design of my new Capsule's body is a little on the chunky cylinder side of things, using the enthusiastic cordless vacuum is a joy of light flickability. At first, I automatically rammed the power from its default medium setting to full. I very quicky discovered I didn't need to do this. Quite apart from the thing trying to suck my carpet off the bloody floor, the default second level power setting of the three available, when used with the motorised brush head, is all you need to lift anything that comes under its hungry attention. Light and effortless to manoeuvre, there is no excuse for having anything other than spotless floors if you've been sensible enough to go for one of these. My only quibble might be they'd be wise to include a harness, that could be attached to the main body, so you can hang it from your shoulder to free up both hands when using the hose attachment: really awkward and unnecessarily clumsy having to hold the handle of the body when you could do with one hand to steady the base of the hose at the body whilst your other deals with extending the hose to use the brush end business of things. Hopefully this will be addressed on subsequent versions. Other than that one issue, I can't recommend the vacuum highly enough.”

“Absolutely brilliant cordless vacuum cleaner. Very good cleaning of hard floors and carpets. The various attachments provide great flexibility to tackle all areas and we are still finding new places where we can use the cleaner. Good battery life which has never run out when in use. The bags to collect dirt are brilliant and so much easier and cleaner than the other makes of cordless cleaners we have had.”

“I'm really happy with my Halo Capsule, it sucks, literally . If pushed to find a fault, I'd say that a shorter solid tube for dusting would be useful, I find the flexi tube can be a little awkward in some places, the soft brush is great for dusting huge Lego models though!”
