“Very pleased with the Halo Capsule, although I have only had it a short time, so am still getting used to it. The controls are easy to use and it is very manoeuvrable, being able to twist round corners like the Dyson ball cleaners. The brush is quite easy to remove (an improvement on the original design, I think) and the bag holds a lot (I haven't emptied it yet). It wasn't perfect over an uneven stone floor, and got blocked picking up thick hair after a haircut, but it is excellent on carpet. I hope I am still enjoying using it in a year's time as much as I am now. The Black Friday deal was very generous with the number of bags supplied.”

“For over 30 years I have used a conventional electric vacuum cleaner. I was used to the fact I had to keep plugging and unplugging as the cord length restricted area the vacuum reached. I was intrigued when cordless vacuums came in the market and heard nothing but good reports from people who had them. I did a bit of research and the Halo Capsule results came out among the highest for performance, ease of use and price. Also included in the bundle were all the tools, a fixture for hanging the vacuum on the wall and numerous dust bags which should last me many years! There was an actual person on the end of their phone line to answer any queries I had so I felt quite confident that I knew all about the vacuum before it arrived. It was a bit strange using for the first time having no lead to manage going from room to room but a very nice strange. So easy to use. Zips through the vacuuming doing a very good job. It’s plugged in hanging in a cupboard so ready for use as and when. One of my queries was regarding charging but it’s just kept plugged in on charge when not in use as it fully charges and ten sleeps until it’s needed. So I fully recommend. Plus you can have for a month to see if you like/get on with it and it’s collected if you are unhappy with it which I am sure will not be the case.”

“I'm in love with my vacuum! This vacuum cleaner does everything I hoped for and more, it's lightweight and so easy to use but with really good suction and power, switching over accessories is no problem and even on the eco mode (which of course is what gives you the long advertised battery life, but I can still do my whole house even on a higher mode) it is so efficient.”
