“Find the design top heavy. If tge boost is used when dog is moulting the battery soon dies. 6 months since purchase the brush switch has died. We have a modest 2 bed house, with mainly hard floors downstairs”

“I really wanted to like this, but unfortunately another waste of money Suction is ‘OK’, but not amazing. But my main gripe is that it scratches my floor (on both settings) (my laminate in the living room, and the brand new expensive Karndean flooring in my kitchen). The accessories don’t stay on properly either. I like that it has the bags, but that’s about it. I’ll probably not use it now that it scratches my floor. Very disappointed.”

“The suction is not the greatest I've had on other cordless ones and anything that's not dust I find it doesn't pick up very well. Also not so great on wood floors. Bags are good however you have no idea when it's full”

“I chose this Halo cordless vacuum cleaner because of its very light weight, which is important to me. I find it very easy to use, not at all tiring. It is very well designed, so easy to put together and take apart, with clear controls and indicator lights. The deal included some very useful extras, and what looks like a few years' worth of dust bags (though it is surprising how quickly these fill up - if you have a lot of carpets and rugs, probably not the best machine for you). The only criticism I have is that it is very fiddly to take out the brush when I need to remove hairs that inevitably get caught up in it. Perhaps there is a knack to it, and hopefully I will find it gets easier in time. Apart from that, I am very pleased with it and would recommend it, particularly to any elderly person who needs something light and manoeuvrable.”

“I’m over the moon with my purchase. This is without doubt the best vacuum I’ve ever bought. It’s as good as my upright without the nuisance of a trailing flex. But also so handy if you’re doing a quick tidy up. I would recommend 100%”

“I have used a cordless vacuum for several years but my previous machine started to lose suction so I did a lot of research and decided to try an alternative. Very pleased with the prompt delivery and the halo is very efficient. I did have an issue with the "bag full" light coming on after a couple of uses but I raised this with customer services and they answered promptly and the issue has been resolved. I find the machine quite heavy but I am getting used to this. I suffer with arthritis in my fingers and might resort to fixing some foam padding to the handle to stop it rubbing against my painful/swollen knuckles. Overall I am delighted with the machine which holds its charge really well and certainly long enough for me to do the whole house. One slight niggle, a canvas bag for storage of all the tools would be really useful - I plan to make myself one.”
