“The suction is amazing. However, there are a couple of issues which I find not as good as my previous rechargeable Bosch. Firstly the bottom is slightly too light for the top, it feels out of balance weight wise, my cleaner found the same…..also the swivel of the suction/brush part isn’t as good either…sometimes I find I have to slightly guide by using my free hand to hold onto the long pipe itself which gives me backache. My previous Bosch had good weight distribution and the bottom piece swivelled and has excellent angle turn on it for moving around smoothly.”

“I live in a three hundred year old cottage with all the problems that go with it - inglenook fireplace, dust from a busy road, low ceilings, ancient beams, etc. So far The Capsule seems to have taken in its stride everything with which it’s been confronted. It’s manageable in a limited space, not too heavy and both dust cylinder and main head are of a useful size. The bags are such a joy after its predecessor's dust collecting system which was not only too small but very awkward to empty, usually necessitating the dirt to be scraped out and the filter frequently needing to be cleaned. It gobbles up cobwebs when the crevice tool is used and it easily copes with an awkwardly twisting staircase. The attachments are well thought through with most uses covered.”
