“Like the vacuum. But the Customer Service is appalling. 2 vacuums sent to me due to an error on website. 4 weeks later and I'm still waiting for a refund o two amounts of £199.99. Halo admitted it was their error but still have not refunded me. I'm a Pensioner and I need this money. Halo dragging their feet. Sick of phoning and Emailing them.”
