“I love love love my Halo Capsule. Originally purchased one as a Which recommended'Best Buy' to replace a Hoover cylinder that was over 30 years old, still worked but I couldn't get a replacement hose for! Unfortunately, only had my Capsule 2 years when the battery failed to recharge and I waited in vain for a year for a (reasonably priced) replacement which they would fit. Great scheme but, with still no replacement in sight Halo had offered a brand new one at replacement battery scheme price which I accepted. The Capsule itself is 5*+ imho!!!! It's the only vacuum that actually picks up my long hairs without impeding performance. Lightweight, yet great capacity. So well designed - I love it. Fingers' crossed battery doesn't have same issue in 2 year's time...”

“The first Halo didn’t hold its charge for very long . So I contacted them . It took a week for them to replace. Meanwhile I had returned the whole package including the parts and bags supplied on my first order . The replacement Halo didn’t come with bags . So all in all I’m sorry I got involved with this company .”

All components are clearly marked in bright yellow, to enable all functions of this cleaner. Dismantling for cledaning the cleaner and re-assembly is very simple. Most impressed with this well designed and executed portable battery powered vacuum cleaner.”
