“This vacuum works. It feels sturdy and stands up to pet hair, grit and light garden detritus from dogs and granchildrens feet.There is good variable suction for different soiling and surfaces. You do not have to wrestle with any of the catches or attachments.I personally prefer the disposable paper bag rather than getting blowback from a plastic canister.This is my second Capsule -a replacement -which came in at a very reasonable price and excellent customer service.Five stars.”

“I'm really very pleasantly surprised at the quality and performance of this vacuum cleaner - I've only had it for about two weeks, but it works brilliantly. It's light, easy to operate and it has great suction power (which you'd think is standard in a vaccum cleaner, but this is my third in a year!).”
