“After the customary brief look at the instructions I set to work seeing whixh of our 4 bikes the kit was most compatible with, as it turned out only one.
Once fitted however the kit works really well. Unfortunately it took best part of a year to arrive in it's entirity but getting plenty of use since :-)”
“The Swytch kit is amazing! I don't even't think twice about my commute now because it is so enjoyable. The team are great - I had an accident which meant one of the parts got broken and they replaced quickly and at a discount. I would recommend paying a bike shop to fit it. I do wish the battery lasted a full hour of my commute (it is more like 45 mins) but appreciate this is probably because I bought the smallest battery.”
“Absolutely love this kit. I have recommended it countless times already. Very easy to instal and easier to operate. I have tested it over short distances and a few that were up to its max distance and found no issues or loss of power. Have gone for many bikes over 15 km and haven’t lost power yet. Having the throttle option is amazing, it allows you to add assistance when you want it rather than having it on all the time. I would buy another, and I would buy secondary power packs.”

“I needed to convert a road bike. I have been reaaly surprised by the power delivered by the Swytch kit and how simple it is to use. After some hundred km of various uphill road, I am still amazed by its power and autonomy. 50 km can be reached using the lower assistance level. It is also quite resistant to the elements and heavy rains ! I am now testing it and a Brompton and again I am quite surprised by the additional power the Swytch engine brings to this folding bike, at a very low aditional weight. The smallest battery seems quite sufficient for 25-30 km rides. I have ordered an aditional kit for a 26' bike, this will be my next chapter.”
“The kit works extremely well, very pleased, however battery range is limited even on low power assistance I'm lucky if I get half the advertised range.
Would I recommend Swytch? Certainly, but go for the larger battery it's a long way back home into the wind and up hill without assistance .”
“The kit arrived in the time specified but had no notification from Swytch of delivery date. The equipment seems well made and as you'd expect for the job. It was packed in the box very well. The instructions were not the best but didn't cause too much trouble. I had to query with Support as to the axle being too big for my forks but after being advised all was Ok. Every thing works very well, I am very pleased with it. I would recommend it.”
