A very easy conversion. Enjoy the assist and battery lasts approximately 30 km. Works well on a 30+ year old bike.

The kit itself was pretty easy to install on my good old mountain bike. The first test ride was amazing. The second ride, almost 40km to test how far I can get, brought back the joy of cycling. I enjoyed every single minute. Long story short: I ended up giftig my Swytch bike to a friend and got myself a road bike. The friend is more than happy with it and rides almost every day. The Swytch kit showed me that I have a lot of strength in my legs, that cycling itself is pure enjoyment and I'm very thankful for finding my way back to an old childhood hobby.

I love my 26 inch MTB Swytch kit on my Full-suspension bike. The reason I'm giving a 4 stars review instead of 5 is that I'm currently experiencing the after-sales customer service. Unfortunately, I recently got into a bad accident whereby I was hit by a car while crossing an intersection on the pedestrian crossing. As a result, my front Swytch motor wheel was hit and several bent as it absorbed most of the impact shock. I'm glad that I came out of the accident with no bruises. Losing no time, I contacted Swytch customer support and Elsa response quickly. Once I receive the spare rim and spoke, I'll give a full 5/5 review. Thanks Swytch.

I have arthritic knees the transformation enabling me to cycle my trike without discomfort due to the power assist has been amazing. It’s been worth the wait for my Swytch kit.

I have a Universal kit on my Orange E4 (which is probably sacrilege but at 84 who cares) and I love it. It flies! I can do all the recreational routes again that I used to do when I was 65. I highly recommend it. Bit of irritation over delivery. I ordered it in September 22 and was told it would arrive in March 23. It eventually arrived in mid June. A couple of thing to comment on. I found one other point that mentioned in the manual, regarding the magnetic ring alignment and its sensor. It's advised where there is limited fitting space, the bracket and lugs should be removed from the sensor before securing with plastic ties. I found, on the painted surface of the bike's frame this method did not secure the sensor tight enough. I had to re-enforce with plastic tape. The Mount comes with 3 extra leads that are intended for accessories. In my experience electronics and British wet weather don't go well together. Perhaps some protective caps could be added to the kit Finally, I'd like to buy an OLED display or a second battery but it appears I have buy a full kit to achieve this. So far no reply to my query with Customer Service Apart from these minor niggles, the kit is brilliant. Highly recommended

I love riding with my Swytch. My commute always ends with a smile. Installation of the magnetic disk was finicky on my crank which is admittedly different from most standard cranks. The disk shifted around after a bumpy ride causing lag before the motor kicks in. A little nudge to re-center and I'm back to the drag races. Maybe some double-sided PSA will help keep it in place. The OLED display wouldn't mount on my drop bars as the clamp wasn't big enough for the skinny sections. Reached out to Swytch support and they helped with getting a handlebar extension to solve the problem. Support was responsive, friendly, and great all around. My mates at work think the install looks very clean and often ask to take it for a spin.

Recently completed my first Swytch install on my wife’s Trek Pure Sport cruiser style bike. Fairly straight forward install offering great assist on flats and to get up any hills that require a bit more power!
