“I ordered this face wash by mistake (meant to order the vit c cleanser) and when it arrived the pump was broken. I contacted FaceTheory and the were super helpful and sent me a new pump and the right cleanser. Great service! I have used the face wash before and I find it a little drying but it is designed for oily/combination skin (which mine isn’t). It really does get rid of all the make up and grime.”

“I wasn’t really expecting to like this because it says that it’s lightly scented but decided to give it a try since it’s not a fake fragrance added. I actually love this face wash! It foams up nice and my face feels nice and clean after. It doesn’t breakout my skin at all and isn’t too harsh like my old face wash that burned. Def my new staple wash!”
