“I love this face wash. It removes make up really well, and doesn't leave your face feeling dry after use. Face Theory after sales are amazing! They honour their returns pledge and are really invested in customer service. This is a brand i'd like to see do really well. In a beauty world of "smoke & mirrors" & "touched up photos" and lying advertising....it's refreshing to find a genuine, ethical and customer focused brand.”

“I cannot express how happy I am with this product and with FaceTheory. I've never been able to find a cleanser that suits my skin type (acne prone, sensitive, reactive, AND eczema-prone.) Not only has this cleanser suited my skin type, but it has also improved my skin texture. I would also like to say that customer service has been exceptional. My bottle came damaged in the mail, and I received a replacement free of charge. Absolutely above and beyond, and it improved my experience all the more.”

“After using the Jojoba cleansing oil I always use this. It’s a great face wash gentle enough to use even with tretinoin as I do. It doesn’t burn the skin when it’s reacting to the tretinoin. 100% recommendable.”

“Really lovely face wash, leaves face feeling clean but still gentle on skin. You only need a very small amount and it foams up and goes a really long way so it’s good value. Smells nice - very natural and not overpowering. Highly recommend.”
