“The packaging was malfunctioning, could not unlock the pump, it seemed broken. I do however love this product, it seems much gentler on my sensitive skin than other cleansers. I only been using it for a week now but my skin feels so nice, clean and smooth. Will continue using this product.”

“I bought this based on many positive reviews but I have to say I'm disappointed. I do not wear a heavy makeup but still it does not remove all the makeup easily, especially eye lines. And when it gets to my eyes, it really hurts. I don't think I will buy it again.”

Sorry to hear Miwa - do contact us at help@facetheory.com for a refund. Using some makeup removal pads which can help avoid it getting into your eyes. Jamie

“Not sure if i like it. It does remove makeup very well so that is a plus. I do experience a little bit of a stripping feeling after i use the product. It does have fragrance in it so it stings in the eyes, but thats something u can work our way around. I do have a little bit of a rash/irritation/bumps on my forehead but i'm not sure this cleanser is causing it or other products that i'm using. Not a bad cleanser will empty it if it isn't going to irritate my skin further on”

“I ordered the face wash as I was using the clarifying cleanser (feel is too strong for my skin so have stopped using) Feels really nice and smooth when washing and has not caused any reactions or tightness. I am using alongside lots of other facetheory products Balancing rosehip oil, I like this to use at night seems to calm redness Porebright serum, cera pore, regenacalm serum, night creem, green tea mask, lip balm and hand cream (love), pore reducing toner, because I am using all these products as part of a routine it’s hard to say what’s doing what (I have gone back onto topical antibiotics for spots) Overall, some improvement in redness and spots. Skin feels a LOT better and a LOT more comfortable and will definitely carry on using all the products apart from clarifying cleanser Really like facetheory always answer questions and are really helpfull”
