“Horrible made my face burn so much have always used this company and they seem to have discontinued the original one i would use which i used for yearrss, Anyways took there skin quiz and my skin isn't sensitive but this burned my skin it was sore for like 3 days and i could feel it burnt it. Wasn't great i dont recommend”

“Great product but devastated about the return to glass/ huge amount of plastic. Seriously, it ruined my holiday as I now have to scavenge for what’s left. Unlike some people who didn’t care about the environment enough to learn to use a tube, I love the packaging and have had no issues with it. In fact, I was immensely proud of not using just regular Boots junk. Not sure what products I’ll keep and which I won’t, just so so so disappointed. Of course you cannot please anyone so it makes a financial sense to go with the majority, even if it means betraying the principles. Very very very disappointed”

“I loved the old packaging, was easy to grab small amount and went long way 5/5. This new packaging is not working for me and I am sure if I will order again.....”

“This new to me moisturiser is no not absorbing, and leaving a substance like left over face mask peel. Like it is reacting with the toner and serum to make a wanting for better word but gloop. Smells divine but perhaps I need a better combination?”

Hi Tamasin, Sorry to hear the Glow-C Daily Moisturiser isn’t absorbing well for you and feels “gloop.” It can happen if it’s layered with certain toners or serums or with a skin type that prefers a lighter finish. A few quick tips you could try: - Apply to slightly damp skin and use a thin layer. - Allow each step (toner, serum) to fully absorb before applying the moisturiser. - Consider using the mandarin version in a lighter routine or pairing with a more hydrating, but non-greasy product.
