“I chose this after using the SPF version (which I absolutely love). Unfortunately it seems to separate in the tube despite constantly trying to shake it up, which makes using it quite unpleasant as it comes out as strange oily paste. I think it is available in unscented, but I don’t like the bergamot scent (the mandarin and grapefruit are lovely). I love FT usually, but sadly wouldn’t buy this again”

“Unfortunately, this product feels very separated. It dispenses with a few bits of cream but is mostly a thin liquid, almost as if it hasn’t been properly blended. I expected it might improve with use, but it hasn’t. It also doesn’t absorb into the skin easily and takes quite a while to sink in. I’ve never experienced anything like this before.”

“Usually buy the moisturiser with sfp 30, however due to the new pagaging I ordered the wrong product. I did email for an exchange but was told that this could not be done. You clearly state that if whatever reason you are not happy you could obtain a refund or exchange?”

“I wanted so much to like this product. I used it interchangably with the Glow-C moisturiser with SPF depending how much I'd be outside that day. My skin felt lovely and hydrated, loved the scent, but the tingling / stinging sensation that I experienced for a few moments each time I used it (and assumed to be active ingredients working) eventually resulted in very red, raw and unhappy skin on both my cheeks after 6 weeks of use and I had to stop using it. Too harsh for my perimenopausal reactive skin sadly.”
