“I am using the product since 2 weeks now and I am very much pleased with it. The cream has got light consistency and is quickly absorbed by my skin. I really like the softness, moisture and healthy glow it gives my skin. The only issue I have is the package - I do not like tubes at all. I have issue with wasting such an amazing product, plus the screw used to be tricky to close or open especially with wet hands. The jars were so lovely way to store products and they looked so professional and beautiful.”

“I always used this when it was in the jar. I have to say the new packaging really works for me and lasts longer! Really is a beautiful moisturiser and makes my skin feel amazing. Lovely scent too. Wouldn’t use anything else.”

“I loved facetheory product so far however this design change is horrible. The product itself is really good and I use this moisturiser in the last couple of years and really good for my skin. I am very disappointed in the change of the packaging. All the products looks the same so makes it hard now to recognise what you are looking for. Its more job to the customers but ok I can leave with it. However I honestly don’t understand why the glass container changed. It was so nice easy to empty, no product waste. Glass is reusable and recyclable. I loved it and the packaging made an impact on my decision to use facetheory product over other brands as Environment protection is important to me. Now I hate the packaging and I really thinking not buying the product again and look for another brand which is a shame. This tube is horrible, it was not easy to open in the first place as had to cut out the top protector layer to be able to us it so small peaces of the cover ended up in the product which of course ended up in the bin. Waste of product. You can never ever take out everything from a tube again so much waste. Why I am paying for only 95% of the product as the rest stays inside. You cant reuse the tube once it is finished and there are no chance you can clean it before putting in the bin to recycle. Honestly can’t understand why the company changed something what was working well to this. I am very disappointed and not happy that now I have to research again to find a new moisturiser.”

“I mix it with jojoba oil as I have a combination skin. Jojoba oil regulates the sebum and the cream moisterises my skin they they work beautifully together. It gives me a soft natural glow and everyone compliments me on my skin (at 61!)”

“Written by a peri-menopausal women (aged 49). This has a delicious scent, is silky smooth to apply and feels very light on the face. My skin has felt and looked lovely since I started using it. I am alergic to chemical spf so this is a perfect moisturiser for applying underneath my physical spf cream. Thank you. I will be a returning customer.”
