“I emailed my concerns with one product on Sunday. The face cleaner pump doesn't work; I replaced it with a similar one but the cream appears too thick to pump through so I have been unable to use it. It's just sitting in my bathroom making me sad as I currently have no face cream cleaner. The other product is ok, I think it did clear a bad patch. However, it's very gloopy for a commercial product; I've used a fifth, if that and the lid will not tighten shut due to the gloopy product residue around the top. This is despite my best efforts wipe the top clean after use.”

“I love this cleanser. It has a very light scent of citrus and the texture is creamy. I find it better than a cleansing oil and nicer than a "regular" cleanser. Takes off make-up and doesn't dry out my skin. All natural which is a huge plus for me. Love it.”

“I'm so pleased I found Facetheory, the Vitamin C cleanser. It's light, creamy, and moisturising. One of the best cleansers I have used. It's improved my skin tone and texture within a few weeks. I have used it day and night. Its creamy rather than foamy, my skin doesn't feel tight after using. I love the mandarin smell, uplifting and fresh. I will continue to use this lovely cleanser. I felt one push down on the pump gave more than I needed, so I use half a push only.”

“It’s an amazing cleanser won’t dry your skin at all and it smells so orangy and I like it. Not very good to take make-up off on its own so I advice to use clothe or cotton and everything will be perfect.”

“I love this cleanser. I tend to use it with my electric face brush. It doesn't make my face tight or dry. I follow up with the moisturiser which I also love”
