“It's a nice cleanser, it's very gentle and smells lovely (I got the scented). It removes makeup fine, but does not remove my physical sunscreen unfortunately. I emailed Facetheory about it and they promptly refunded me in full as it did not fully work for me, so I really appreciate the customer service side of things. They told me they have a true makeup remover launching in 2019 which I will certainly try.”

“First order of this cleanser. Found it lovely creamy and leaves the skin comfortable and soft without any residue. Removes all my makeup and I like there is an unperfumed version. Only been using for just over a week so I’m not sure if my skins brighter. The quality of the cleanser is good and it’s reasonably priced ticks all the boxes for me so will buy more.”
