“At first I wasn’t sure of it being a cream cleanser - but this is the third one I’ve bought now as I’m happy with how gentle it is and how it leaves my skin looking. I used to get a red area on my cheek and now it only appears if I’ve skipped using this. Before this I’d never invest in proper skin care stuff, so it feels good to be looking after my skin!”

“Not convinced at all by this product. The smell is so perfect but that's all. Since I use this product, I have more pimples and blackheads that I didn't have before and my skin is as oily as french fries. I feel like it doesn't clean the face. Wouldn't recommend it at all.”

Hi Sorry to hear this. If the cleanser is rinsed properly with warm water it won't cause breakouts as there's nothing left on your skin to block your pores. It may be that you have folliculitis (an allergy) from one of the ingredients in the cleanser - or it could be something unrelated.
