“Lovely cleanser, gentle and doesn't dry out my skin. I would give it 5 stars if the packaging was different. The pump stops working when there's still lots in the bottom of the bottle as the cleanser is thick. A tube might work better? It's just a bit of a faff once it gets low as I don't want to throw the bottle out when there's still plenty left!”

“I do like this product and use it in place of another known brand that offers Cleanse and Polish at a more expensive price point. It leaves my face feeling fully cleansed and the gentle Mandarin scent smells fresh too. I do use a pure cotton cloth alongside the product as I find this provides better results for me. The Cleanser comes in a recyclable glass bottle with a pump to dispense the cleanser. I have given the product 4 stars as there is always at least 1/6 of product left at the bottom of the bottle which can not be dispensed. I think a little more thought around the design of the dispenser, so more product is accessible, would be even more eco-efficient and cost effective long term. I will still continue to purchase and laboriously scrape the product out though, as I like it very much!!”
