“I’ve used this cleanser for a few years and loved it but I’m not a fan of the new packaging. The glass jars made it feel like a high end product but now it feels much cheaper. The tubes aren’t very user friendly at all and very difficult to get the cleanser out. There is also less in the aluminium tubes compared to the glass jars and so much waste left over which you can’t get out. Lots of changes to face theory recently which have put me off. Such a shame! Definitely looking into other options.”

“Rich, creamy, smells slightly of oranges, don’t need a lot of product, so gentle even removes eye- makeup, skin feels refreshed and clean without tightness.”

“Lovely product even for sensitive skin. I love it. However the new packaging makes it feel like an inferior product even when it is a lovely product. The glass jars were too nice to change.”
