“I absolutely love this cream. It is amazing and so nice on my skin. The only problem is the new packaging. I feel there is so much waste as it's hard to get all of it out of the hard packaging. There was absolutely no waste with the previous packaging and there was 170ml in it so you are basically now paying more for 150ml tube where you can't get all the product out of it so you are getting a lot less product.”

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re glad it has made a positive impact on your skincare routine. We appreciate your feedback regarding the new packaging. We understand how important it is to minimise waste and maximise product accessibility. Our product development team actively explores ways to enhance our products in tubes. We are focusing on three key improvements: making it easier for customers to pierce the seal, improving the screw cap and introducing an additional feature to facilitate easier squeezing of the product from the tubes. Our original glass jars of face cleansers had 170ml of product, but our new tubes have a maximum capacity of 150ml. We attempted to maintain the 170ml fill in the tubes, but this led to product stability and integrity issues. Unfortunately, since cleansers are already our least expensive offerings, reducing the price to compensate for the smaller volume wasn't financially viable. In most cases, the cost per millilitre is just over £1, with each tube providing approximately 5 days of daily use. It's worth noting that the tube packaging is more expensive than the glass jars, and cleansers are already among our most costly products to manufacture. Despite these challenges, we believe the new tube format offers improved convenience and safety for our customers while still providing excellent value for money.
