“The cream itself feels great on the skin but unfortunately it’s bright yellow and doesn’t fully absorb. So it dyes everything your face comes into contact with a lovely shade of yellow.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. The Retinal Supreme MultiCream features a distinctive yellow colouration derived from its key ingredient, retinaldehyde. Retinol is naturally yellow in its purest form and cannot be bleached. The intensity of the yellow hue increases proportionally with the retinal concentration in the formula. Customers may notice a temporary yellow tint on their skin or potential colour transfer to bedding, pillows, or sleepwear. To reduce the risk of colour transferring to your bedding, we recommend you let it dry completely before going to bed to reduce colour transfer and follow with a moisturiser on top if you wish to help seal it in. If bedding is left with a yellow colour on them, we recommend you wash them as per the manufacturer's directions and then leave them to dry in natural sunlight as retinal degrades in the sun and so this can help fade colour faster. “So far this product is great and better than expected, takes some time to get used to it as it can be a bit strong when you start but after a few weeks your skin starts to adapt. Again you and only you will know how often you should use it. Don’t forget to use moisturiser half an hour after the retinal and yes, the yellow transfer do happen on your pillow case which washes off on normal washing. Highly recommended”

“Used for the first time last night. So far very impressed. I have quite sensitive skin but have used various retinol products for years. So I went straight in to the strongest one. Felt lovely to apply, sank in quickly over my hylauronic serum and even though my skin can be thirsty too I didn’t feel the need to add another moisturiser on top. Skin still feels comfortable the next morning. So if I see an improvement in my fine lines and the beginnings of a little area of crepey skin on my chin I will be even more happy.”
