Bonjour Mirela, Merci pour votre avis sur Retinal Supreme MultiCream 0,2 %. Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez trouvé ce produit très efficace dans l'ensemble. Cependant, nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que vous avez eu une réaction allergique après une semaine d'utilisation. Il est possible que vous ayez introduit le produit trop rapidement dans votre routine de soins de la peau. Pour les nouveaux utilisateurs ou les personnes à la peau sensible, nous recommandons de commencer par 2 à 3 applications par semaine et d'augmenter progressivement la fréquence à mesure que votre peau s'adapte. Pour remédier à la réaction de votre peau, nous vous suggérons de réduire l'utilisation à 1 à 2 fois par semaine et d'augmenter progressivement la tolérance au fil du temps. N'oubliez pas que la peau de chacun est différente, il est donc important d'écouter votre peau et d'adapter l'utilisation en conséquence. Facetheory Team
