“I've been dealing with menopausal acne for well over a year: consistent and persistent (daily) breakouts; scarring; hypo- and hyperpigmentation; and melasma. OMG. I've used RX azaelic acid, Win Levi, Trentinoin, Apostrophe, Musely, and Adapalene (which used to work almost instantly a few years ago). I was at my wits' end. I've been using this product and the Supergel Oil-Free Moisturizer, and my skin is looking sooooooo much better. I am also seeing my dermatologist and receiving Aerolase treatments (two so far). which kills acne-causing bacteria, reduces inflammation in the skin, and decreases oil production to lower the chances of future breakouts. In conjunction with the Lumizela Azelaic Acid Serum A10 and Supergel Oil-Free Moisturizer, my skin is looking GREAT! Not perfect, but the acne scarring is getting lighter day by day with daytime and nighttime use of both products.”

“This is my favorite otc azelaic acid product. It really helps reduce breakouts and the redness in my cheeks. The formula is very light, doesn’t pill, and sits well under makeup. I only wish we could get the 15% version in the US!”

“I have serious breakouts since May 2022, probably due to lack of sleep, aging, and using wrong skincare products. When I was desperate, thinking that acnes will follow me forever, I remembered Facetheory from which I purchased facial oils a couple of years ago. This product is amazing!! My skin tingled a little bit in the first few times of use but is getting better recently. The tingly sensation is still there but doesn't hurt my skin. Instead, breakouts are getting better. I love this product. The next thing I need to deal with is the acne scars. I hope there is something here that can help. It would be great if there are suggestions and recommendations.”

“This product is a game changer for me. It has helped with clearing my pores, prevents breakouts, and evens my complexion. Totally off label testimony: I even had this crazy breakout on my shoulders from a body oil I was using (a different company/brand, of course). I was using all these different salicylic acid body washes to clear it. Only seemed to make the areas more inflamed. I had some leftover Lumizela from a previous shipment and randomly rubbed it on my shoulders…I WAS AMAZED! My shoulder acne is literally almost cleared (it’s only been 2 wks). I am a believer of Facetheory’s products and fully support this brand. THANKS!”
