“I have serious breakouts since May 2022, probably due to lack of sleep, aging, and using wrong skincare products. When I was desperate, thinking that acnes will follow me forever, I remembered Facetheory from which I purchased facial oils a couple of years ago. This product is amazing!! My skin tingled a little bit in the first few times of use but is getting better recently. The tingly sensation is still there but doesn't hurt my skin. Instead, breakouts are getting better. I love this product. The next thing I need to deal with is the acne scars. I hope there is something here that can help. It would be great if there are suggestions and recommendations.”

“This product is a game changer for me. It has helped with clearing my pores, prevents breakouts, and evens my complexion. Totally off label testimony: I even had this crazy breakout on my shoulders from a body oil I was using (a different company/brand, of course). I was using all these different salicylic acid body washes to clear it. Only seemed to make the areas more inflamed. I had some leftover Lumizela from a previous shipment and randomly rubbed it on my shoulders…I WAS AMAZED! My shoulder acne is literally almost cleared (it’s only been 2 wks). I am a believer of Facetheory’s products and fully support this brand. THANKS!”

“This is my favorite OTC Azelaic Acid, it blends so easily, it does not pill, it has extra ingredients for acne and rosacea prone skin like mine. This is one of the only products I repurchase and recommend to all my friends with acne issues.”

“I feel like people are sleeping on azelaic acid as a skincare ingredient. I've struggles with a little bit of everything: acne, eczema, rosacea, PIH, etc. This serum has been fantastic at treating most of them. I feel less red, I have fewer breakouts, and no, for the first time in my life, I'm getting compliments on how good my skin looks. I can use it most evenings, and pair it with a retinoid. I might experience some irritation on the tip of my nose, but I thinks that's more from the retinoid and wearing a mask at work. Definitely plan on repurchasing. Wish the 15% was available in the US, but the FDA will just have to catch up.”

“So happy to have discovered this brand! First of all, the customer service is fantastic, very helpful with questions and quick delivery to the states. I have been using this in the morning everyday for about a week. I'm over 40 struggling with Rosacea and acne. Since starting the serum everything is calming down, I'm excited to see how it continues. Absorbs well and I haven't experience any side effects. The formulation has great ingredients and I’m happy the AA is at 10% since I have extremely reactive and sensitive skin and new to this active. More definitely isn't always more for some skin :) Thanks again FT!”
