I feel like people are sleeping on azelaic acid as a skincare ingredient. I've struggles with a little bit of everything: acne, eczema, rosacea, PIH, etc. This serum has been fantastic at treating most of them. I feel less red, I have fewer breakouts, and no, for the first time in my life, I'm getting compliments on how good my skin looks. I can use it most evenings, and pair it with a retinoid. I might experience some irritation on the tip of my nose, but I thinks that's more from the retinoid and wearing a mask at work. Definitely plan on repurchasing. Wish the 15% was available in the US, but the FDA will just have to catch up.

So happy to have discovered this brand! First of all, the customer service is fantastic, very helpful with questions and quick delivery to the states. I have been using this in the morning everyday for about a week. I'm over 40 struggling with Rosacea and acne. Since starting the serum everything is calming down, I'm excited to see how it continues. Absorbs well and I haven't experience any side effects. The formulation has great ingredients and I’m happy the AA is at 10% since I have extremely reactive and sensitive skin and new to this active. More definitely isn't always more for some skin :) Thanks again FT!

I love this product! It helps keep my skin smooth and I can definitely feel an (unpleasant) difference if I don't use it in my routine. It's quickly become a staple product for me and I never want to be without it.

I absolutely love this serum! It’s perfect for those post zit spots that just won’t fade. It’s been a lifesaver for my skin, considering my job still requires daily mask wearing.

I first bought this serum before they reformulated it to Lumizela. It was called Azeclear then. I am so happy that they reformulated and changed the packaging into what it is now. This serum is lovely, it spreads easily, and even though it doesn't absorbed easily because of its viscosity, it's okay. You just need to let it get absorbed first before you put on a layer of moisturizer. The new packaging is hygienic and dispenses a more controlled amount of product. You only need to put a pea-sized amount all over your face so the bottle lasts a very long time.

This formula is the best azelaic acid product I have ever tried! Its consistency is light and smooth (not gritty like other azelaic acid products), and it has a weightless feel on the face. My facial redness has been reduced greatly since using Lumizela. And, I have a healthy, glowy look to my skin now, as well.

Great product. Definitely stings my skin, but I don’t mind, and it might be because I shave my peach cuz once a week. I do use the 15% from the uk website, however I’m sure the 10% works really well. I would like to know how much butyloctyl salicylate is in the product. I am really upset by the fact that I cannot use this product during pregnancy.
