“I was just about to restock this moisturiser, as I've been buying it for quite a while and absolutely love it. However, after reading the recent reviews about the faulty pump, I've decided to wait until the issue has been resolved. I'm getting ready for a stay on the maternity ward and don't need the added frustration over the next few weeks. It's a real shame, because the product itself is excellent.”

“I've been using this product for years and it's a fantastic match for my skin. I've been a user even when the disastrous metal screw caps was introduced (changed back to plastic) where it left metal residue when unscrewing. The latest glass bottle is terrible, I've got half the product left in the bottle unable to dispense, having to unscrew the lid and take some product off the plastic tube instead which is a faff. Hopefully in the future it'll change back, but in the meantime I'll be looking for a different product.”

“Amazing product, I have been using this product from last 3 years. But the new packaging is very bad, i tired all the possible solutions but they dont work and its waste of product or money. I hope they switch back to the old tube packaging.”

We completely understand your concerns, and please know that we’re already looking into improving the packaging. Feedback like yours is incredibly important in helping us identify what isn’t working as it should. If your Supergel Oil-Free Moisturiser isn’t dispensing properly, we recommend giving the bottle a good shake before use. This helps move the product to the bottom so the pump can draw it up more effectively. It’s also best to store the bottle upright, as if the product isn’t sitting at the base, the pump may struggle to reach it. “How do I claim money back from my last two purchases of this moisturiser as I can get half of the product out from this new packaging it’s absolutely awful and your gonna lose a lot of sales as a result as it’s now a ripoff!”

“I agree with the recent reviews. I’ve always loved this product, but while the new packaging may look more premium, it’s a huge letdown in practice. I’m not even halfway through the bottle and already having to scrape out the remaining product, which is really frustrating. It’s especially disappointing considering how often I used to repurchase this. Like many others, I’m now looking for a new moisturiser.”
